How do I make a reservation at Resort It Out?
Making a reservation is simple! Browse our available resorts, select your preferred dates and accommodation type, and follow the booking process. You can book directly through our website or contact our customer service team for assistance.
What is the minimum stay requirement?
Our minimum stay requirements vary by resort and season. Most resorts require a 2-night minimum stay, while some premium locations or during peak seasons may require 3 or more nights. Specific stay requirements are displayed during the booking process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For certain packages, we also offer installment payment options. All payments are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, most resorts require a security deposit at check-in. The amount varies by resort and accommodation type, typically ranging from $100 to $500. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, provided there is no damage to the property or excessive cleaning required.
Do your resorts offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, all of our partner resorts offer complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and common areas. However, please note that internet speeds and coverage may vary depending on the resort location and infrastructure.
Are meals included in the reservation?
Meal inclusion varies by package. We offer room-only, bed & breakfast, half-board, and all-inclusive options. Details of what's included are clearly stated in each package description. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. Some special packages or peak season bookings may have different policies, which will be clearly communicated during booking.
Can I modify my reservation dates?
Yes, reservation modifications are possible subject to availability and may be made up to 7 days before your arrival date. Changes made less than 7 days before arrival may incur a modification fee. Please contact our customer service team to request any changes to your booking.
